The Cruise will start at 1:00 p.m.
Meeting place is the Holly Plaza located on N. Holly Rd. near the corner of Grange Hall Rd. and N. Holly Road. There is a Driving Directions thingy at the bottom of this page!
All bikes are welcome on this ride!
All ages are welcome, but riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Riders are expected to obey all the rules of the road. This is the first of many to come so please don't screw it up for everyone.
The Dicken's Festival is going on in downtown Holly and they have some stupid law about NO Bicycles in the downtown area, so we have to keep the bikes out of the Festival area. There are however lots of things to do without our bikes after the cruise.
The Cruise will run from the Holly Plaza down Saginaw St. and into the older part of town, where we'll run on the fringes of the festival and FREAK The DICKENS out of the tourists! Then we'll head down Maple St. and wiggle our way back to the plaza using various side streets. Along the way we'll cruise by the tennis courts where the Cage Match Pixie Racing will take place around 4:00 p.m..
Budzilla asks, "Hey Chainy, I'm a growing boy, are there any places to eat along the way?"
Why yes Budzy there are several food establishments to feed a little guy like yourself.
Nogoodnic asks, " Is there any places to get Guinness on the cruise?"
Oh hell yes! Holly is famous for Carry Nation coming to town but the old broad is dead and we'll drink to that!
Giggles asks, "How far we gonna ride?"
Approximately 4 to 5 miles. As many breaks as we need.
Chainsaw asks, "Hey Chainy why are you, Budz and Giggles doing this?"
Cause we had so much fun on the Canada cruises that we wanted to do one!
Everyone asks, "Are you guys crazy?"
Hell yeah!
Some have asked, "How do I become a member of the Freak Bike Militia - Great Lakes?"
